Depending on what kind of pictures you have in your photo album, here are some tips.

1) E-mail all you friends with the link to your photo album and invite them to have a look. If there are some pictures of them in it do let them know. If possible provide them with a link of a picture you know they will like

2) Many people get a lot of funny pictures in there e-mail.  (NO ADULT CONTENT). If you think they are worth having a look at create an album for them and upload them in it. Again provide your friends with a link.

3) Keep it updated. In album settings make sure you set the new pictures to display first. That way people will know when you have added new pictures.

4) Comments. Search sites love comments. Make sure that evey picture has a comment as it is text that can be used by search site to index your site.Google Adsense and other smart banners display as on the site depending on the text it has. It is safe to say the the person looking at the picture likes it. Let the comments talk about the picture. That way there is a good change of ads that also interest your visitors comming up. This leads through a better click through rate.

5) Add your site name in your online profiles, forums you use and more.
