To Qualify for a money back you should have

1. Attended at least 2 Development meetings
2. Added quality content to your site actively over 365 Days
3. Actively promoted your site
4. You need to apply for the refund between the 13th and 14th month of your site being active and account being approved by Google Adsense 

The365 days starts when you have got Google Adsense approval, submited it to Eunited Adlogic and the ads are active on your site and in your group. For the year that you are applying for a fund you should not have been demoted to Level 0. This proves that your site was not active over 365 Days. In such a case your refund application may be refused. 

Documents you will need to prove that you have not made money through the Eunited Adlogic Program

1) Your account number with Eunited Adlogic

2) Your publisher ID with Google Adsense

3) printout of the report for the past 1 year from Google Adsense
