Yes, Eunited Adlogic is free. We do not get any money from you. The USD $100 is a admin fee that is paid by you directly to your development agent. The development agent is not a partner in the company. No payments are made by the development agent to the company. 

Development agents are not allowed to become members. They may have there own website with google ads but there ads will not be a part of the Adlogic group.  The only income the development agent gets is in form of the admin free that is charged by him/her every year. 

The development agents reviews application, conducts development meetings, deals with Eunited Adlogic on behalf of his/her groups.
