Do you have a question to ask us? Open a trouble ticket

It very simple to ask questions using our trouble ticket system. Just follow the steps below.

1) Go to www.e-united.info/ticket

2) Enter your info and question as shown below and then click on open ticket.

3) You will get an email at the email address entered by you in the trouble ticket system. This ticket will contain your ticket number E.g #96985

4)  Visit www.e-united.info/ticket and scroll down to the 'View Stats' Section and enter your email address and ticket number without the # . You can then read replys to the ticket and add more information to the ticket.

Note: Please use the one ticket per issue. Once the issue is resolved we will close the ticket.
